1. ORDER
1) HOW TO ORDER
  1. If you are a first time customer, you must first register in order to place an order. If you have already placed an order before, just sign in with your username and password.
  2. Before you register, please keep in mind that Hatagories.com is a retail online store and intends to sell exclusively to consumers.
  3. After signing in, browse items by category, designer and price range on the left menu navigation bar or by entering keywords in the search box.
  4. At the "item detail" page, enter the quantity, color and size for the item you wish to purchase, then click on the "Add To Shopping Bag" button.
  5. Review the items and quantity added in your shopping cart. You can make quantity changes and other selections in this page at any time.
  6. To browse for more items before checking out, click on the "Continue Shopping" button and you will be re-directed to your previous item page.
  7. Once you have decided which items to buy and having checked your shopping cart details, click on the "check-out" button to proceed to the next step.
  8. Add, enter or edit the billing and shipping information on this page. It is possible to have multiple addresses saved. Simply select the desired address to continue to the next step.
  9. At the Order Review and Shipping Method page, review your order information and choose the desired shipping method from the 2 carriers (UPS - USPS) menu.
  10. Click on the "Next" button then on the next step fill your credit card information and your card authorization/authentication will begin.
    Note:"DO NOT" refresh/reload this page during the authorization process. This could produce undesired results such as double charges.
  11. Your order is now completed. You will see the final page that summarizes your order information. You may want to print it for your records. The order confirmation will also be sent to you via e-mail.

2) MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
There is no minimum order amount.

3) ORDER STATUS
Once you have placed an order, you can check your order status online by signing into your account at any time . To view your order status online, select "My Account". You will be prompted to sign-in to access your account. If you are unable to find your order status or have any other questions, please e-mail us at support@Hatagories.com or call customer service at (201) 836-8381 (Monday thru Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET).

4) INTERNATIONAL ORDER
We do not offer international orders except to Canada at the moment. We are sorry for inconvenience.

2. MY ACCOUNT
1) NEW ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
All customers are required to register to be able to purchase our products. Registering allows you to shop on the web site, enter company information and check your order status. You may access the registration page by clicking on My Account >> Register at the Log In page.

2) MODIFY & UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
At My Account you can always update or modify your e-mail address and/or password, your profile, billing and shipping information. Please make sure you fill in the correct information. You can pick and choose your default shipping and billing information which will be used at the check out process.

3) FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
If you lost your password, click on the forgot your password? link at the sign in page. We will send you the password to your default e-mail account as indicated in your personal account information. You may change your password according to your preference whenever you like.

3. BILLING
Your account information with Hatagories.com its securely saved once submitted during registration process. After the registration is complete you should have your company profile and default shipping information. However, you must enter billing information in order to check out. Your Billing information must match with your "Credit Card".  Each billing information represents one credit card information. You can enter more than one billing information with multiple payment methods:

VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress

 

4. SHIPPING
1) We ship all items via UPS - USPS. 

2) Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address in order to receive your items on time. Customers will be responsible for any other charges and fees if the address is entered incorrectly.
PO Box is NOT allowed for shipping address.

3) ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
We offer UPS - USPS tracking numbers for each shipment. You may find the tracking number at "My Account > Order Status". Once you find this number, you can track your shipment by clicking on the tracking number. Please allow 24 hours to view your shipping status.

4) SHIPPING PROCEDURE WITH UPS
We ship out all available items for orders placed before 3 p.m. during normal business days. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. will be processed the following business day.

5) SHIPPING TO CANADA
For shipping to Canada, we offer US Postal Global Express Mail® (EMS®), as well as UPS. Global Express Mail® (EMS®), a reliable high-speed mail service available to certain countries (see Individual Country Listings for service availability). Global Express Mail with Guarantee service - which offers a date-certain, money-back guarantee - is available only to Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea, Republic of (South Korea). Global Express Mail is available at designated Postal Service facilities authorized to accept domestic Express Mail. To learn more about this service please visit http://www.usps.com.
*Please note that US Postal service may delay 1 or 2 days of handling process.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
1) RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • All products may be returned within 21 days of delivery.
  • Returned item must be in its exact original condition.
  • Keep security and information tags on the hats and accessories.
  • Items returned must first be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days only. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process refunds and credit your account.
  • Any items returned without Return Authorization will be discarded. No credits will be applied.
  • Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.

2) HOW TO REPORT RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you would like to report returns and exchanges, please send us an e-mail at support@hatagories.com with your order number in the subject field. One of our customer service representative will contact with you via phone or e-mail. A return/exchange authorization number will be given. You will NOT be able to return or exchange without authorization number.

3) WHERE TO SEND RETURN & EXCHANGE
The return address will be given with the RMA number.

4) HOW WILL THE PAYMENT BE REFUNDED
Once we received your package at Hatagories.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 14 to 21 business days. You will be notified via e-mail or mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
